Chris Huhne and Ken Clarke

Did Chris Huhne ask someone else to take 3 points instead of them on their license? Does Ken Clarke really believe there are degrees of rape (as an interview he gave suggested) or that all rape is a serious crime?

Gleaming knives are out for these big left hitters in the coalition. Something tells me the right of the Tory press are out for blood.
